WW1 GERMAN RED CROSS ARMBAND DATED 1916.

A cream cotton/linen Red Cross armband. Central cloth cross machined stitched to the middle. An indestinct rectangular issue ink stamp inside in German. Also much clearer stamp F E (?) A 1 and 1916 date. Outside has another set of number 3472 and the armband is joined together by a period safety pin which has rusted in place.
