South Staffords full dress tunic worn by Capt.A.F.G.Kilby who went onto win the VC at Loos in 1915. Red tunic with white facings with gilt S.Staffs buttons bullion badges and Captain's epaulettes. Beloved and banned, Crown and Anchor was a traditional English game, originating from the 18th century when it was a popular gambling game in the royal navy and fishing fleets and was played extensively by troops in WW1 and after.
