Awarded to women for childbirth during Third Reich era. The miniature versions were pin back and designed to be worn on lapels/dresses etc. The full sized award was presented originally with a long neck ribbon but was never worn on a daily basis.
Little bow tied ribbon, original safety pin attachment. Super enamel detail to this tiny version. Very hard to find now.  read more

A Kriegsmarine cap tally for the Deutschland-class battleship, Schleswig-Holstein. Laid down in 1895 the ship went on to serve in WW1 being present at Jutland where she received damage. She is probably best known for firing the first shots of World War II when she bombarded the Polish base at Danzig's Westerplatte.
