Quality made Officer's cap for the rank of Brigadier or Staff officer. Probably pre war or early WW2 manufacture by Ranken & Co.Ltd., Calcutta. Silk lined with embossed leather protector ( named Ellison ) with a leather and velvet forehead protector.
