Scarce original, official Pathfinder aircrew wing. Approx 54mm, gilded brass eagle with pin back fitting to reverse. Quite something else!! This is a Luftwaffe belt and buckle, captured by a British soldier in the 8th Army, who has then carved into the leather all the places he has been or seen action. A never used and never completed photograph album for a soldier belonging to the III/Artillerie Regiment 19. Black book with all the pages, but NO photographs (yet). Has eagle and swastika in silver embossed into the front cover, but the swastika has been removed after the war. Otherwise a mint book!

Early 1934 SS ID or Ausweis to SS Mann Walter Liersch. He was born in Frankfurt/Oder in 1914. Ink stamped Himmler signature with early eagle and NSDAP script, with hand signature of an SS Standartenfuhrer. Red stamp at bottom indicating dues were paid for Jan/March 1934.
