THIRD REICH EKII WITH MAKER MARK '55'.

A very nice example of the Iron Cross 2nd class. Perfect black painted center with nickel silver frame etc.
No wear to the swaz or date lettering. Has a piece of probably modern ribbon, but that's how it came! The suspension ring is clearly stamped with '55' numbers which identifies it as a J.E. Hammer & Sohne piece.

THIRD REICH EKI WITH MAKER '4'.

A very good example of a WW2 Third Rich Iron Cross 1st class. Solid nickel frame constriction, with black painted iron center. No damage and all intact. some very slight wear to the paint on the swaz, but otherwise uncleaned etc. A flat silver back with pin and hook. Pin is slightly 'coke bottle' shaped. Center of pin is stamped with a small '4'. This is for Steinhauer & Luck.Nice medal!  read more

Grouping to 7374973 Pte.John James Murphy R.A.M.C.. consisting of playbook and release book, passes, dogtags, insignia and boxed medals. Murphy, originally from Romford, joined the RAMC in 1940 serving with 7th Motor Ambulance Convoy with service in Africa and Italy with the 8th Army.
